Booking on Courses
If you want to begin training as a hypnotherapist, simply click on the button below to pay a deposit (£117.50 inc. VAT) and reserve your place on the next Stage 1 course. If you want to change to a different course date simply contact the College by email or telephone or see below for additional course booking and payment options.
Course Fees
Introduction to Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy Workshop - £81.08 (inc. VAT). Includes a free guest place.
Diploma in Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy - £2,714.25 (inc. VAT).
The price for each stage/module of the diploma is £904.75 (inc. VAT) and can be booked one at a time.
Conversion Diploma - £904.75 (inc. VAT)
Advanced Online Diploma in Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy (Level 5) - £445 (+ VAT for UK students)
Smoking Cessation Masterclass - £258.50 (inc. VAT)
Diploma Payments
Option 1: Deposit
Pay a (non-refundable) deposit of £117.50 (inc. VAT) per stage of training by PayPal (see below), cheque or credit/debit card to secure your place, and pay the remaining fees at least seven days before the start of the course by cheque or credit/debit card. Prices shown on menu exclude VAT.
Option 2: Full Payment in Advance
Cheques: Please make cheques payable to ‘UKCHH Ltd’ and post to UKCHH Ltd, Suite 127, 17 Piries Place, Horsham, RH12 1BF. Please include a covering letter with your full name, address and contact telephone number, or a printable booking form.

Pay your course fees in full at the time of booking by cheque or credit/debit card.
Option 3: Monthly Instalments
Pay in ten monthly instalments by setting up recurring payments through PayPal. Please select the relevant option from the drop-down menu below. The first instalment will be a non-refundable deposit. Prices shown on this menu are already inclusive of VAT.
If booking any course by PayPal it will be assumed that your booking is for the next available date. If you wish to book an alternative date, please send an email to Study@UKhypnosis once you have made your payment with the date that you wish to attend. Please note that prices shown by PayPal exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment of Workshops and Short Courses/font>
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, and can be made by cheque, credit/debit card, or PayPal (see below).
Confirmation of your booking/font>
Provided that you meet the entry requirements (see below) for the course you wish to attend, you will be sent confirmation by post within two weeks. You will also be sent an invoice/receipt, course times, a location map and directions with your confirmation letter.
All course materials will be provided on the first day of your course. We are unable to send these in advance. If however you have any specific requirements e.g. for materials in large print, please let us know at the time of booking.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy/font>
All cancellations must be received in writing. The following cancellation fees apply;
Less than seven days: Full payment will be due.
Seven to fourteen days: 50% of the course fees will be due.
More than fourteen days: Full refund (less the deposit).
Bookings can be transferred once to an alternative date within twelve months with seven days notice. Transfers within seven days of the course start date will be at the discretion of the college.
Entry Requirements/font>
Students must be aged 18 or over.
Students should have no history of criminal convictions or sanctions by professional organisations which might reflect upon their suitability to practice as a therapist.
Students should be sufficiently fluent in spoken English to engage with English-speaking clients.
Students must be in suitable mental health for training, e.g., without a history of psychotic symptoms or current mental health problems.
Students suffering from clinical depression, panic attacks or any general medical condition or injury which might affect their safety or comfort in any way, are required to notify the trainer at the earliest possible opportunity.
Students attending practitioner training are required to complete a Student Registration Form prior to their first course. This will be sent with the confirmation letter.
Students booking to attend the Conversion Diploma must currently hold a diploma in hypnotherapy consisting of at least 14 days of classroom attendance that is accredited by either NCH or GHR. Evidence of this training (e.g. a photocopy of a diploma certificate) must be provided prior to attending the course. Students who have previously attended a training course that doesn't meet these requirements may complete the online access course. Please contact us for further information.
